Concrete components are transferred directly to the transit mixers via precision weighing systems without any mixing process. The plant is compatible with cement silos of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 500 tons, depending on the project and site conditions. When bagged cement is used, it is easily loaded into the cement silos thanks to the integrated blasting bunker and silo filling systems. Furthermore, the plant can be equipped with special heating or cooling systems depending on the climatic conditions of the region where it will be installed. In cold regions, the system is equipped with steam generators and insulated panels, while in hot regions, it is supported by equipment that cools the concrete.

Aggregate pre-feeding systems eliminate the need for a bucket ramp, facilitating installation. In situations where site space is limited, aggregate transfer can be performed using a bucket system instead of a conveyor. DRYMIX 60 is equipped with high-quality SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and manages the entire production process safely and efficiently with its user-friendly PLC-based automation system.
