Constmach 1000 Ton Capacity Cement Silo

CONSTMACH CS-1000, a bolted-type cement silo with a capacity of 1000 tons, is an ideal solution for large-scale industrial facilities due to its high durability and long-lasting construction. It is particularly preferred in cement terminals, cement factories, and limestone powder storage facilities.

Thanks to its modular design, the CS-1000 offers easy on-site assembly, saving time and money during transportation and installation. The silo is equipped with roof flanges for the maintenance platform, internal and external manholes, safety guards, cement filling pipe, air filter, and pressure relief valve.

Furthermore, the conical flange system for butterfly valve connection ensures safe and controlled material discharge. It is delivered fully equipped with equipment such as helical conveyors of the desired diameter and length, air fluidization nozzles, and upper and lower level indicators.

The CS-1000, whose all static and mechanical calculations are performed using ANSYS Workbench CAE software, can safely store 1000 tons of cement or similar material without deformation. The laser cutting and drilling technology used in the production process ensures perfect part fit and high assembly accuracy. In addition, the silos are painted with 1 coat of anticorrosive and 2 coats of epoxy paint, totaling 140 microns thick, for long-lasting protection.
