The CJC-90 jaw crusher serves as the primary crusher in the plant, the METSO HP200 or equivalent cone crusher serves as the secondary crusher, and the VSI-800-CR vertical shaft impact crusher serves as the tertiary crusher. This powerful structure makes it possible to obtain products in 5 different fractions simultaneously in a single plant.

The JCV-2, with its three-chassis design, is easy to transport and can be set up quickly. The PLC-controlled automation system offers user-friendly operation with remote control capability and tablet management.
