CONSTMACH JS-3 mobile jaw and impact crushing plant is a compact, high-efficiency solution designed for crushing low to medium hardness rocks such as limestone, river rock, dolomite, and basalt. Its dual-chassis design combines crushing, screening, and stockpiling operations into a single system. The first chassis features a vibrating feed bunker, CJC-110 jaw crusher, bypass belt, feed belt, and hydraulically supported wheeled chassis; while the second chassis houses the CSI-1215 secondary impact crusher, 3-deck vibrating screen, return belt, and foldable stock conveyors. This structure enables high-capacity production and superior cubic-shaped aggregate.

The JS-3 is equipped with a high-tech PLC automation system and SIEMENS–SCHNEIDER brand electronic components. Thanks to its user-friendly design, it can be set up quickly and easily commissioned. It can be operated without the need for external equipment such as cranes or loaders thanks to the hydraulic opening feed bunker and conveyor system. It can also operate independently of the power grid with an optional diesel generator system.
