CIONI Fedra Line

Refurbished high quality flatbed die cutting machine from Italy with Spiess insert with steel insert plate with lateral adjustment, a left and right pull attachment (Spiess), double sheet detection, moving upper platen (WUPA system or Kama) with central pressure adjustment as with KAMA, but with the conventional intermittent pull gripper bar system with closing upper grippers. In other words: the sheet moves almost in a straight path through the machine; that is why this machine is ideally suited for lighter paper and cardboard types and is definitely an excellent intermediate step between a Heidelberg SBD and a medium format 40" die-cutting machine from Bobst, for example. No break-out, sheets are laid out directly on the pallet output after die-cutting. The output contains forks to place small format pallets on.
Guaranteed pressure force is 200 tons.
Stroke of the moving upper platen is 48 mm.
Hardened die-cutting plate and device plate.
This machine has hardly been used and is in excellent condition, however we have made modifications to further increase the ergonomics and operational reliability.
Can be tested at our company and can be delivered with installation and warranty.
