C.F. Nielsen BP 6000

Complete, turnkey production line for wood briquettes based on the C.F. Nielsen BP 6000 mechanical briquetting press – a benchmark for high-density, round briquettes. The line covers the entire technological cycle and is offered as a single package with all auxiliary units.

Process: raw material storage → metered screw feeder → high-pressure pressing → cooling line → automatic squaring saw → roller conveyor → two-stage Kallfass packaging (film wrapping + heat shrinking).
