Burckhardt Stretchmaster 6000

The stretchMASTER 6000 can straighten steel bars up to 6 meters in length. The cross-sections that can be processed are as follows: round steel 6–30 mm, flat steel 4–12 mm, and square steel 8–25 mm, as well as 12–60 mm for flat steel.

The straightening process relieves internal stresses in the material, resulting in a smooth and clean surface that is ideally suited for galvanizing or painting the parts.

Furthermore, after galvanizing, there are no surface imperfections such as scaling, pitting, or flaking, and the zinc layer can penetrate deeper into the material, resulting in a significantly better finish after galvanizing.
