Bruderer BSTA 50 UL

The BSTA 50UL is a Bruderer high-speed precision stamping press rated at 500 kN (50 tons) nominal force, engineered for continuous progressive-die production at variable stroke rates from 100 to 1,120 strokes per minute. The press is equipped with a Bruderer BBV 202/120 strip feeder, delivering strip widths up to 203 mm and handling material thicknesses up to 2 mm. Adjustable stroke is set between 16 and 51 mm, with strip inlet height adjustable across a 50–140 mm range to accommodate varying tooling and material profiles.
