All indexable inserts for milling units and scrapers have been replaced or rotated, saws sharpened, jointing cutters sharpened, buffing wheels replaced. The machine is immediately ready for operation. Only the profile cutter DIA tool was not replaced, but it is still sharp.

Minor paint chips have been touched up.
Approx. 3500 operating hours. The condition of the machine speaks for itself. Occasionally, the computer restarts during operation (mostly at high ambient temperatures), which has not been an issue for us; work can continue while it restarts.
