A Brazilian machine, with good representation in London, for the production of filled pasta is available. Two intermeshing augers for the dough, one auger for the filling. Capacity: 20kg-100kg/h. Formats: savory or drop, kibbeh, pillow, ball and croquettes. Compared to Italian ravioli machines, this machine can work with considerably moister doughs and fillings.
