FTT Insider R8 drilling center with transverse feed, equipped with 4 upper tool heads.
Each head features:
a) two sets of vertical drills with a 32mm spacing: 18 spindles in the Y-axis, 14 spindles in the X-axis, and an additional 4 horizontal spindles in the Y-axis.
b) an electric spindle unit with a power of 3.8 kW and an ISO30 chuck.

The machine also has two horizontal drilling units, each consisting of two units equipped with 18 spindles with a 32mm spacing.
The machine is equipped with two chain-type tool magazines for vertical drills: 60 positions each.

Belt conveyors at the inlet and outlet allow for manual loading of parts; it is also possible to operate the machine in a production line.
