Purchased in 2022, but due to changes in our business process, our production batches have become too small to use this machine effectively.

The BAKON BD9 is the most advanced, semi-industrial, stand-alone, single-shot depositor on the market.
With this versatile dosing machine, it is possible to deposit all types of semi-liquid products such as all kinds of batters, fruit fillings, mousse, sauces, soups, cream cheese, buttercream, whipped cream, jams, custard, etc.

To use the BAKON BD9 depositor in combination with the cake decorator, the rotating cake decorator unit is both electrically and mechanically connected to the BD9 depositor.
The turntable unit can be easily mounted onto the machine’s base frame.
With the advanced software system, you can program specific settings such as dosing speed, dosing volume, rotation speed, pre-dosing, dosing height, vacuum, etc., to consistently achieve the perfect result.
The turntable is equipped with an interchangeable plate fitted with customer-specific dosing nozzles. By switching the plate and nozzle, it is possible to decorate cakes of any diameter.
The cake decorator can be rotated away to lower the dosing unit and refill the hopper.
