AXILE G6i

The G6 model is a compact, vertical machining center designed for the intelligent machining of small to medium-sized workpieces with high demands on geometry and accuracy.

The basic structure (U-shaped gantry design) made of Meehanite casting enables an even distribution of forces during machining and excellent accessibility to the work area. The two symmetrically arranged and synchronously running ball screws in the Y-axis ensure a smooth and jerk-free feed movement under load. These two features are unique for this machine size and therefore offer decisive competitive advantages.

All AXILE models include their patented SMT™ (Smart Machine Technology) system as standard, with features such as spindle vibration monitoring, thermal compensation and adaptive feed control.

This demonstration machine is already equipped with the ART™ monitoring system (recognizable by the "i" after the model name).

Special equipment:
Automatic kinematics control, BLUM measuring probe (integrated in the table), Heidenhain TS-740 workpiece measurement, chip flushing in the work area, coolant supply through the spindle (40 bar), oil skimmer.
