The capping process employed by this equipment involves positioning the aluminium closure over the bottle neck and applying a controlled rolling action that forms the cap’s threads in perfect alignment with the bottle’s neck finish. The result is a closure that is both secure and easy to open by the end user, with the anti-tamper band remaining intact until the first opening. Format changeover is performed by replacing the necessary components, allowing the operator to configure the machine for the required bottle height, diameter, and closure specifications.
