Packaging machine equipped with a vacuum module for premade Doypack pouches, block bottom pouches, flat bottom pouches and other stand-up bag types. Compact construction with horizontal production processes. Batch/date printer and modules for specific pouch properties such as zipper, spout, gusset shape can be optionally integrated at a surcharge. Bag detectors checking the correct placement and complete opening of the e.g. Doypack pouch. The product infeed chute allows immediate pouch filling after the pouch is detected and keeps the sealing area free from contamination at the same time. The vacuuming takes place immediately before the bag is sealed by means of a lance which moves into the bag. The PLC controlled machine is operated via touch screen. Specifications: stainless steel version (SS304); max. speed of the machine in neutral: 15 cycles/minute; bag width: 100-300mm; bag length: 100-350mm; compressed air: 0.2m³/min, 5.5bar; power: 220V, 20Amps, 1 phase.
