The Altendorf double roller carriage is renowned for its smooth operation and precision run. It can be locked steplessly in any position. The large double rollers, precision-manufactured from hardened steel, ensure the upper carriage remains absolutely accurate in conjunction with the lower carriage on the hard-chromed guide bars. This running quality is maintained even after decades of heavy use and exposure to dirt. The carriage construction features a highly rigid, torsion-resistant multi-chamber design. The table surface is finely planed and anodized. A hard-chromed round bar in the upper carriage serves as both the mount for the cross-slide and the interface for various accessories. The entire unit is low-maintenance and does not require lubrication.

On/Off Switch on Double Roller Carriage:
- The on/off switch on the double roller carriage is always within easy reach. With four buttons, both the main saw blade and the scorer can be switched on and off, saving time and increasing safety.

Angle/Mitre Fence, Crosscutting up to 3,500 mm:
- This Altendorf-patented fence with integrated length compensation makes it easier to cut angles and mitres precisely in a single operation. In both positions, the swivel angle is steplessly adjustable by up to 49° and displayed on a scale. The play-free and robust stop flaps can easily be moved and adjusted as a single flap over the entire area up to max. 3,500 mm.
