The system consists of a CNC wire EDM machine GF AgieCharmilles CUT 2000 with integrated automation/loading robot (WorkPartner) and is ideally suited for precise series and single-part production.

The CUT 2000 is designed for highly accurate contour cutting with excellent surface quality and stable process control. It features the Vision-5 control unit (Windows XP), automatic wire threading system, integrated dielectric unit, and coaxial flushing, enabling reliable, low-manned operation.

The loading robot (GF WorkPartner) transforms the machine into an automated production cell. Depending on the magazine version, workpieces weighing approximately 400 to 800 kg in total can be handled. Automatic loading and unloading allow for extended run times without operator intervention and significantly increase productivity.
