For sale is a complete ABUS gantry crane system acquired through an asset deal, consisting of two ABUS overhead travelling cranes, each with a lifting capacity of 6.3 t, including the portal and crane runway steel structure (double-T beam). The system was built in 2023 and was in operation, but only used minimally. According to the FEM remaining service life assessment (2025), both hoists show a consumption-free utilization rate (0.00 full-load hours). This means that almost the entire theoretical service life of approximately 20 years is still available. Current inspections according to DGUV Regulation 52/54 (05/2025) as well as an electrical test have been carried out. The system is in excellent technical condition.
