For sale is a complete industrial Aagaard/Finnrose dust extraction and filtration system, manufactured in 2006, from a wood processing facility. The system is designed as a screw filter and includes a complete dust extraction control system with heat recovery.

The main fan is an Aagaard AVD 40 HF/240 with 37 kW. The filter system has approximately 169 m² of filter area with a total of 128 filter elements, each approximately 2,000 mm long and Ø 210 mm. The discharge is carried out via a discharge screw and a rotary valve airlock. Below the discharge is a matching hopper with approximately 6 m³ volume on a mobile trolley, which is included in the scope of supply.

The complete control cabinet for the dust extraction control and heat recovery is part of the system. The control cabinet includes, among other things, the controls for the rotary valve airlock, discharge screw, and four cleaning groups, as well as a Schneider-Electric frequency inverter for the dust extraction fan.
