Hydrapres S.A. operates and develops its own tool shop. The facility comprises project managers, a team of experienced designers, a machining department (EDM, CNC milling, grinding – machine list available), and a toolmaking workshop. PPAP documentation is prepared by Quality Control engineering staff. Running an in-house tool shop is a priority, enabling efficient project implementation. We specialize in the construction of complex progressive dies. We build tools up to 3200mm in length and 10 tons in weight, manufacturing parts from sheet metal up to 7mm thick and 1000mm wide. We have extensive experience in design for the automotive industry, including seat components, safety systems, and shock absorbers. The tool shop is focused on projects whose serial production is carried out in the Hydrapres press plant. We also undertake projects for external customers and offer machining services.
