Initially, the company employed 5 staff members. However, due to changing economic conditions in the country and, above all, the reputation earned through reliability, punctuality, and quality of the work performed, the company experienced dynamic growth. It currently employs around 100 personnel, including highly qualified specialists from the sanitary sector.

The headquarters of the "Skibiński" Installation, Sanitary, Renovation, and Construction Company is located in Sierakowice.

With the increase in Poles’ environmental awareness and the changes enforced by strict ecological standards following Poland’s accession to the EU, there has been a surge in investments for the modernization of water supply and sewer systems. From the very beginning, “Skibiński” has been a significant contractor executing orders for public authorities.

The introduction of the Public Procurement Act in 1995, which set clear rules for tenders in the public sector, reinforced the position of "Skibiński" despite heightened competition, due to its technological, human, and capital potential, as well as its high quality standards and reliability. Evidence of the high quality of services provided is the company’s achievement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate in 2005.

The company utilizes the latest technologies and materials available on the market and is equipped with specialized, state-of-the-art machinery for executing demanding projects.

Since its inception, "Skibiński" has operated in accordance with the legal principles governing sole proprietorships as specified by relevant regulations.
