Falztec GmbH

The core business area of Falztec GmbH (Diesdorf) is in print finishing, specifically in service and spare parts manufacturing for folding machines. A particular focus is on folding rollers.

With its own production, the company also offers contract manufacturing of special tools and spare parts for special-purpose machines.

Falztec’s customer base spans several continents. For example, the manufacturer works with distribution partners in India and the USA, who handle customer relations, support, and service locally. In Europe, Falztec is directly active.

Sales and Trade. Another important segment is the distribution of new machines and used machinery trading.

Falztec GmbH is the European distribution partner for Pratham Technologies Pvt. Ltd (see image). Through this partnership, Falztec is able to offer customers new equipment for insert and outsert applications. Folding systems with two to 24 pockets and working widths of up to 52 cm can be configured without difficulty. Also available are knife folding units for products up to 10 mm thick, and these systems can be easily integrated into existing lines. Installation and servicing of these machines are handled by Falztec.

The largest business area is folding rollers. Here, Falztec GmbH supplies folding rollers for all common folding machine models from Heidelberg, GUK, Herzog-Heymann, MBO, as well as Horizon and MB Bäuerle.

Both reconditioned folding rollers can be supplied on an exchange basis and worn folding rollers can be overhauled directly for the customer.
