Our CS-300 model is a cement silo that stands out with its impressive capacity. With a storage capacity of 300 tons, it offers an ideal solution for high-volume projects. The silo, with a height of 18,450 mm and a diameter of Ø 5,140 mm, is supported by six sturdy legs. These legs are made of Ø 273 x 10 mm steel pipes, reinforced with NPL 80 mm angle irons.

The silo body and other components are manufactured from ST-37 metal sheets, ensuring durability and longevity. The structure, composed of 191 parts, is the result of detailed engineering and a meticulous production process. The 20 mm thick leg plates and conical section supported by 200 mm steel C-channel provide stability and safety.

Features such as the external manhole and internal access hatch of the CS-300 offer ease of maintenance and use. The silo roof comes with guards, and a maintenance platform is included. The high-quality paint process is completed with 1 layer of anti-corrosive paint and 2 layers of topcoat epoxy paint, providing a total protection thickness of 140 microns.
