Offered for sale is a used, custom-built laser laboratory system (“LaserProcessingCell / LPC-CNC”, project P106), constructed in 2018 as an internal research and development system for process testing. The system was built as an OEM special design to individual specification and was operated exclusively in-house.

• Drives: 3× Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive HCS01 with Rexroth MSM031C servo motors
• Control: Beckhoff (C6920 industrial PC, EK1100 EtherCAT coupler, EL terminal system) with functional safety (Beckhoff TwinSafe EL1904/EL2904) and Pilz PZE X4 safety relay
• PC-based operation with monitor and keyboard

• Processing optics Nuburu BlueWeld 100 (fixed focusing / welding head): focal length 100 mm, clear aperture 90 mm, QBH fiber input, integrated air knife, replaceable cover glass, sealed design, aluminum, approx. 5 kg
• Extraction and filter unit Fuchs Umwelttechnik MKF320L (230 V, approx. 1.2 kW, IP 42, year of manufacture 2018, CE-marked)

• No operating manual or further technical documentation exists apart from the wiring diagram.
• This is a Class 4 laser system (highest laser hazard class, visible blue laser radiation ~450 nm).
• The laser source is a US product; no manufacturer support, manufacturer warranty, or spare-parts supply is promised.
• Information on components is based on available documentation. Condition, completeness, and functionality are to be verified by the buyer during inspection.
