Complete brewery with an output capacity of 20hl - 25hl per batch and an annual capacity between 2,000hl and 3,000hl.

The plant was installed in 2019 and has produced approximately 140 brews.

• 2 pressure tanks, 22hl, 2.0 bar pressure – with spray heads
• Refrigeration unit – glycol system with 10hl tank and pump – digital control

• Grist mill, 500kg/h – mill, malt hopper, floor scale
